Fix for continual "Cannot display this webpage" errors in IE7

Finally got sick of IE7 displaying "This webpage cannot be displayed" error when opening a webpage. Usually pressing F5 several times would be enough but tonight it just kept on going on and on and on until I cracked!

Fix is simple:

Open Tools/Options and click on the Advanced tab. Scroll to the Security section and remove the following tick marks for these options:

• check for publisher's certificate revocations
• check for server certificate revocations
• enable intergrated Windows authentication

Immediate success for me with browser restart. I noticed this problem would occur more often if a torrent or DC++ program was running or if several HTTP/FTP downloads were congesting the system, but now seems to be fixed
